Below, please find the team you are playing for, along with the associated costs of participating on that team.
Team Fees must be paid on time in order to retain your spot on the team.
To confirm your spot, a deposit of ( $350 Pure Maple Teams ) ( $500 Team Canada Teams ) must be made within 24 hrs after receiving your confirmation, offering you a spot.
The balance of your team fee must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event date.
If the payment criteria is not met, we will move along to the next player on the list.
Deposits/team fees deposits are non refundable.
