General - Who We Are

We are home of the Canadian National Inline Hockey Teams and National Development Program (Pure Maple).

Each spring we host tryout locations across Canada so players can show their talent and get identified. At the completion of tryouts, Team Canada rosters for the following world events and age categories will be selected;

  • Jr Men's (2002-2005) World Inline Hockey Championships - Colombia (June 28th - July 4th)

  • Jr Women's (2002-2005) World Inline Hockey Championships - Colombia (July 5th - July 11th)

  • Sr Women's (2002 & older) World Inline Hockey Championships - Colombia (June 28th - July 4th)

  • Sr Men's (2002 & older) World Inline Hockey Championships - Colombia (July 5th - July 11th)

  • Masters (Men37+) World Cup - Germany (June 20th - 28th)

  • Veterans (Men 45+) World Cup - Germany (June 20th - 28th)

Also at the completion of tryouts, Pure Maple Elite & Development rosters will be announced.  These teams will compete at Narch West Finals (Irvine, California - July), the highest calibre roller hockey tournament in the world for youth age classifications and the perfect testing ground for developing our players.

Pure Maple Elite teams are coached by National Team players and feed directly into our Team Canada rosters. These players are identified as our future Team Canada players. Teams will be selected for the following categories;

  • 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U, 21U, Men's Pro, Platinum, Gold & Silver

Pure Maple Development are perfect for players newer to the program that need more evaluation time from our staff, players in their first year of an age group who are not quite ready for the elite team in their age group, or players lacking experience at the highest elite levels of national roller hockey tournaments. Teams will be selected for the following categories;

  • 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U & 18U
